Church Family Update...

  • Bible Classes… Attend our adult Bible class Sunday at 9am. Dwayne Campbell is teaching in November, and David Bruner will be leading the class in December. There will be no Bible classes for any age group on December 24th.

  • Be a Good Neighbor… Please remember if you miss any of the WON BY ONE lessons due to illness or being out of town, you can catch up by listening online. Not comfortable with a computer? Then just ask the office to make a CD for you. How to BLESS Your Neighbor Booklet is also available.

  • Remember Our Food Pantry…. The holiday season is approaching! We always have a run on vegetables, stuffing, cranberry sauce, canned pie filling, and so on in November. Let’s be generous in stocking up.

  • Senior Saints Christmas Celebration… December 9th from 11:00am to 1:30pm at the Coeur d’Alene Inn. We need those planning to come to the event to sign up at the Welcome Desk so we can get a count for the food. We will have a salad and dessert bar and a small gift exchange. If you have questions see Sally Archer.

  • Calling all Tweeners/Boomers… This is a Christmas party for anyone who wants to attend, but specifically aimed at those younger than the Senior Saints, at Keith & Carole Fredrikson’s home, 6:00pm, December 15th. Potluck finger food. Sign up at the Welcome Desk.

  • The church office will be closed about noon this Wednesday and all day Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday… As always, if there is an emergency feel free to call Michael, Jeff, or any elder.

  • CCS Craft Fair… 22nd annual Coeur d'Alene Christian School craft fair on Saturday, December 22nd, 9:00am to 3:00pm. Lots of unique items!

  • Giving Tree… Pick up a form at the Welcome Desk if you know of a family we can bless this Christmas. Also please know we have a few gift certificates available for families that may not be able to afford a turkey this Thanksgiving or Christmas. See Michael if you have questions.

Youth Ministry News...

Winter Jam is TONIGHT! We will be leaving from the Youth Barn at 3:30pm and getting back around 11:00pm. Cost is $15 plus bring some extra for dinner. If you haven’t signed up, please let Jeff know you’re coming.
All teens and their parents are encouraged to join us next Sunday, November 26th, for our monthly dinner and devotional. We will be meeting at the Cutler’s house from 6:00 to 8:00pm for food, fun, and fellowship. A head count would be helpful so let Jeff know if you’re coming.
Mark your calendars for these upcoming activities!

January 12-14 : Winterphest Youth Rally in Spokane

Family Spotlight...

Surely there cannot be a better time of the year to think about blessing a neighbor through eating together. To BLESS others, seek creative ways to share a meal, a dessert, an edible holiday gift, a special cup of hot chocolate, and more. Food and drink are the social lubricants of our times. We can bless others through missional hospitality.
Creative Ways to Eat Together…
Eat together at a local restaurant, share a pizza, enjoy a cup of coffee together, host a holiday party for neighbors, include others in your family celebrations, bake a pie or some special holiday cookies for a friend, share a jar of your favorite holiday jelly…
