Church Family Update...

  • Ladies Fall Fellowship… Thank you to everyone who helped make this special event happen! It was such a special time with one another.

  • Highway Clean-Up… It’s time again to make plans to join us for the Fall Hwy 95 Clean-Up. October 20 at 10am. It usually only takes two hours from start to finish. Join us and help keep our little part of the city clean. The more that show up the faster the work gets done. For more info call Bill Roush.

  • Nicaragua Trip… The elders want to make known that the Mission Trip scheduled for Nicaragua this coming spring has been postponed until Spring, 2020. Things are improving politically and the Misiὀn Para Cristo continues to operate blessing families and especially the children of the country. We just want to give things a longer period to settle down before sending another group there. The elders are helping and want to continue to help with the expenses of the mission there.

  • Memorial for Andra… Saturday, October 6th, we will be celebrating the life of Dee & Floyd Shaver’s daughter, Andra Uecke. We know many within our congregation did not know Andra; but, the family will be coming to our building on October 6th at 11am to remember her life. Let’s do everything we can to support this family during this difficult period. Lunch will follow for everyone in attendance.

  • Grief Share… The next class begins Tuesday, October 2 at 6:00pm in the conference room. Please call the office or see Dale Herboldt for more details.

  • Mark Your Calendar… October 28th is our Christian School Sunday. You don’t want to miss hearing these students sing, meeting their parents, eating hot dogs, and enjoying all the fun and games after worship. Plan to be here.

  • LIFEgroups Matter… Now that more of us slip into a more regular schedule this Fall, please remember how important it is to be involved in a LIFEgroup. Develop stronger relationships, and have a greater sense of identity within the congregation.

Our monthly SNL Devo is TONIGHT! All 6th-12th grade students and their families are encouraged to join us at the home of Dale & Diane Herboldt from 6:00-8:00pm for a time of food and fellowship as we devote ourselves to God and each other. If you want to ride in the van or caravan with us, be at the church parking lot at 5:00pm. See you there!
All 6th-12th grade students are encouraged to join us NEXT weekend for the Apple Cider Press Youth Rally! We will be leaving on Friday at 2:00pm and returning home around 4:00pm on Sunday. It’s not too late to sign up if you haven’t registered yet. In fact, today is the last day to get your t-shirt with registration. Just fill out a form from the Youth Board and turn it in to Jeff today or visit www.acpyouthrally.org. The ACP Rally is a great opportunity to strengthen the relationships within our group as well as make new friends with other Believers in the Great Northwest. There will be great speakers to help us build our faith and lots of uplifting praise and worship. This weekend could affect your eternity!
